How do I request a rental online?
Choose a vehicle and your rental dates, provide the required driver information, review the price and rental agreement, and complete the payment or approval steps shown for your reservation.
Does receiving a booking reference mean every rental condition has been satisfied?
No. Your booking record shows its current status. Any required eligibility verification, payment, deposit, pickup requirements and other conditions are governed by the booking information and applicable rental agreement.
How is a security deposit handled?
If a security deposit applies, the amount is shown in your booking information and/or rental agreement. How it is authorized, charged, applied or released depends on the payment arrangement and the terms that apply to that rental.
Where do I find mileage, fuel, late-return or damage rules?
The terms applicable to your rental should be reviewed in the rental agreement presented during booking. General website information does not replace the signed agreement.
Why is driver information requested?
